Welcome to Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland’s Walking for Health Project.
This low level, inclusive health walk is a joint venture between Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland and The Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland. Open to everyone - walks are free, social and last approximately 1 hour.
