The nation's favourite workplace walking challenge is back for 2024.
We're inviting teams of five to take part in our spring Step Count Challenge. Whether you've returned to a workplace permanently, work from home or enjoy a bit of both, our workplace walking challenge offers you an exciting opportunity to find new ways to stay motivated, get active during the working day whilst having fun with your colleagues!
Grab five of your favourite teammates, give yourself a name and set some team goals! During the eight-week challenge we'll be sharing a range of top tips, tools and inspirational blogs to help you get you up, get out and get moving. From taking standing phonecalls, walking on your lunch break to travelling actively to and from work, every step counts.
Record your steps in your team tracker, take part in weekly challenges and find out more about how moving more will help save the planet with our carbon calculator. You'll also have a chance to win excellent prizes in our weekly challenge draws and grand prize draw, with prizes in previous challenges including vouchers for luxury resorts, fitness trackers and merchandise!
