Glenrothes Mental Health Connections objective is to increase mental health awareness and increase well-being opportunities across the town and surrounding villages. The ethos is to support the existing provision to ensure sustainability in the community groups.
We’re looking to reach out to all individuals in all communities to reduce the stigma of mental health while promoting the benefits of walking and talking.
