Brechin Walk & Talk can provide so many health benefits to individuals. Walking together provides more health benefits as well as improving people's mental health, tackling loneliness and isolation. We provide short, easy, healthy walks for participants in Brechin ending at a destination for a cuppa and a chat. The socialising is one of the important parts of people’s health and wellbeing and walking is a great opportunity to get out in the fresh air walking and talking. There are opportunities of further walks in the glens of Angus for participants who want to go a bit further but still take on easy low level walks. This will only be looked at if participants want to do it.
