Half day Strength and Balance Training Course

A training workshop which demonstrates how daily walking plus strength and balance activity provide the key to active older age.

We have a workshop suitable for Walk Leaders who would like to introduce our Walk Your Way to Strength and Balance programme to Health Walks. We also have a workshop suitable for people working with older adults in care settings to learn how to encourage mobility and activity, reduce sedentary behaviour and build strength and balance exercises into daily care.

Both workshops, which can be delivered online or in-person, are led by our qualified trainers who have extensive experience in health and social care.
