Come along and enjoy the great outdoors on these short guided walks designed to help you reconnect with nature and look after your well-being.
Walks take place on the last Wednesday of each month, starting at 2.30pm.
Walks last up to an hour - distance and time will be adapted to suit those who come along.
Routes are wheelchair friendly with plenty of rest stops.
Weds 28th May
Meet 2.30pm on Ayr promenade opposite Ayr India / The Remedy Cafe.
Seaside stroll along Ayr prom - distance will be altered to suit needs of the group - up to 1 hour.
Please dress appropriately for the weather forecast and consider that it is often windier / colder on the coast.
Weds 25th June
Meet 2.30pm outside Robert Burns Birthplace Museum, Alloway
Visit the murals inside the Alloway Railway Tunnel followed by a stroll along the cycle track - distance will be altered to suit needs of the group - max 1 hour.
