How to get your workplace walking
Paths for All recognises that getting colleagues and management on board from the outset is key to a successful workplace walking programme.
To support workplaces we have developed a one day "Walk at Work" course aimed at staff whe are involved in improving the health and wellbeing of the workforce.
This course sets out the key steps to a successful workplace walking programme. In addition, further training is available to workplaces who wish to take this further and build capacity amongst staff to lead walks in the workplace. This is a half day "Workplace Walk Leader" course aimed at staff who will be involved in leading walks for colleagues.
