This May, we're launching our "Spring in Your Step" campaign to celebrate National Walking Month. Walking is one of the simplest and most enjoyable ways to get active, stay healthy, feel good and connect with nature. Join us as we encourage everyone to step out, get moving, and experience the joy of walking.

"Spring in Your Step" aims to inspire people of all ages and fitness levels to incorporate more walking into their daily routines. Throughout National Walking Month, we'll be inspring everyone to walk a little more, sharing walking tips and resources, and highlighting the physical and mental health benefits of Scotland's favourite physical activity!

Why walk?

Walking is a low-impact activity that offers a wealth of benefits for your mind, body, and overall wellbeing. Here are just a few reasons to put a spring in your step today!
