Our Pedometer Pack will help you to get more active. The pedometer, walker's guide & diary and the structured 12-week walking programme are an ideal way to get walking, and keep walking. ipp2c

The pack can used by individuals who want to get more active, or anyone who wants to encourage physical activity including health professionals, walking project co-ordinators, volunteer walk leaders, workplaces, school or young groups, social care professionals, long term conditions groups, mental health and addictions support workers.

What’s in a Pack?

  • 1 pedometer with a battery and security leash
  • Walker’s guide and diary
  • ‘Walk more feel the difference!’ leaflet
  • Pedometer instruction card
  • Sheet of stickers to record your progress

We use Silva ex Step Pedometers which are good quality, robust and simple to use (they retail at £13.99 each).

Community or other groups


If you intend to use a number of pedometer packs with a community or other group, then we have some additional downloadable resources to help you. Costs & Ordering

Each pack costs £15 including postage and packaging. You can pay by credit card via PayPal or we can issue an invoice for payment. We will send out the pack(s) within 3 weeks.

Local Health Walk groups

The pack encourages walkers to join a local health walk group. To search for a free weekly health walk in your area, please visit ‘Find a Health Walk’.
