Continuous sheets of woven, non-woven, stitch-bonded or knitted fibres or yarns. Geotextiles have similar properties to fabrics and are flexible and permeable. Typically used to separate and support granular sub bases or fill materials on soft ground, or as a filtration membrane for french drains or filter drains.
