Walking with Nature: Look up into the sky

Wherever you live there are opportunities to connect with nature, including busy built-up areas. You just need to put your head in the clouds!

Walking with Nature: Clouds

Simply pausing and looking up into the sky can provide an opportunity to notice nature and admire the clouds and colors in the sky, no matter where we are

The Cloud Appreciation Society suggests that clouds are one of the most beautiful, dynamic and evocative of nature's displays. Watch their video below.

Remember to look ahead and upwards on your walks. The sky has ever-changing moods and so do we.

Competition

Tell us how you feel when you noticed three good things in nature on your walks to WIN a copy of Ruth Allen’s book Grounded: How connection with nature can improve our mental and physical wellbeing.
