Overview: This one day course will provide essential information for improving access to paths for everyone.. You will experience both indoor and outdoor environments during the day, which will help you to evaluate your own path provision and information, to make reasonable adjustments that will make it more accessible to a wider range of users.
There are two choices of location for this course (north and south). The course can be attended on its own or as part of a two day training course if you wish to attend the ‘Improving Access to Paths’ training course the previous day.

Cost: Free to community volunteers (£90 for non-volunteers)
Who is the course aimed at? Anyone involved in, or interested in the management or development of path provision and information on paths (rural or urban fringe sites).
Practice ways in which these parameters can be recorded and presented to illustrate the accessibility of paths
Learn how to consider key issues in reviewing accessibility survey and access audit data across a path or network
