We are using superhero alter egos to keep ourselves motivated and find strength to finish the challenge. We are all looking to increase our fitness levels in general and we have all been building up our personal step counts gradually to reflect this.

We are also using the challenge to prepare and train for the 2011 Bowmore Ben Nevis Challenge. The challenge has been a welcome motivator in working towards this. We are supporting Capability Scotland and each team that participates in the event will include one disabled member.
