You can now register your workplace for the 2012 Walk at Work Step Count Challenge. For more information on how to register your teams and to download a Coordinator Information Pack, visit our challenge webpage.
Registration closes on the 17th February and the challenge starts on the 5th March, just in time for spring. We're hoping this year will be bigger and better!

My colleagues and I are shift workers. We work in a hostel for people who are homeless. We all do, to varying degrees, some walking. Some grades of staff reckon they walk more on a daily basis than others. I, along with two of my colleagues have became walk leaders not only for staff but for our client group as well and we try to encourage them all to walk.
