The Paths for All, National Networking Event was held on Thursday 27th September.
Our popular event, chaired by BBC Radio Scotland’s Mark Stephen, had an attendance of over 300, including our volunteers, health walk co-ordinators, partner organisations and charities.
The event highlighted the importance of walking and physical activity and celebrated the real impact that we, together with our volunteers and partners have made to local communities - both in improving health and wellbeing of the people of Scotland and in developing paths for community use.

Paths for All is extremely lucky to have a network of dedicated volunteers – we thanked them all for their time, commitment and enthusiasm and were delighted to announce the winners of our Volunteer Awards. All were nominated by their peers for their outstanding contribution to their communities.
The event was a success, being described by Mark Stephen, as the ‘smiliest event’ of its kind – so we’d like to pay thanks to all the speakers, exhibitors and delegates for their enthusiasm and inspiration which made it such an enjoyable day.
