Getting it together

No matter where you live, there are probably other people around who want to use paths.  So, rather than trying to do everything yourself, it makes sense to look for folk who might want to get involved.  It's easier to get things done if there are several people working together and many funding bodies are more likely to give support to groups rather than individuals.
