Primary Care Pedometer Packs available!

Paths to Health is currently inviting applications for the Primary Care Pedometer Pack (PCPP) and we have a limited number of packs to give away free of charge. Each pack is worth Â£150 and contains 10 pedometers and supporting materials.

If you are interested in encouraging walking in the health care setting, or engaging health professionals to refer patients onto a pedometer programme, please complete the PCPP Application form below.
